With 16 years of experience in the software development industry, I have recently embarked on some exciting initiatives to empower children and inspire students in the realm of technology skills, a crucial asset in today's workforce (World Economic Forum, 2023). Through our web-based software called Kids CAN DO, children naturally become familiar with keyboards. Within a few months of practice, they can effortlessly type with ten fingers without looking at the keyboard.ð’ðžðœð¨ð§ðð¥ð², ðˆ ð¬ðð«ð¢ð¯ðž ðð¨ ð¢ð§ð¬ð©ð¢ð«ðž ð¬ðð®ððžð§ðð¬. Drawing on my experience in software application and business operations, I have recently had the privilege of working with educational organizations. I have come to realize the importance of educating students, who represent the future workforce, about digital transformation.
